Management is the provision of scientific, technical and management
support services to clients in technology-rich or operationally
complex environments. SELEX Systems Integration service management
contracts focus on the delivery of service rather than a physical
deliverable.

Through teams of experienced, specialist
practitioners, SELEX Systems Integration manages and implements

- Formally managed services against a Service
Level Agreement (SLA), such as the provision of a team of satellite
engineering and flight dynamics experts in support of the operation
of a military communications system
- Providing specialist staff as part of frame
contracts with the European Space Agency
- Post-delivery support of in-service assets
delivered by SELEX Systems Integration, including maintenance
training systems, airfield radar systems, cryptographic material
management systems, Earth Observation data processing systems, and

- Managed services such as data collection and
evaluation for Local Government Authorities and service desk
support to manage risk and vulnerability for critical MOD
infrastructure.
The Information Technology Infrastructure
Library (ITIL) v3 standard provides the basis for the managed
