Cyber Defence
As outlined in the Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR),
the UK Government is committed to making "investment in new and
lexible capabilities such as cyber to meet emerging risks and
threats", as parts of its strategy to protect the UK's interests
domestically, at borders and internationally from electronic
threats posed by state and non-state sources. The SDSR adds: "We
will transform our cyber capabilities within Defence by
establishing a UK Defence Cyber Operations Group as part of the
transformative cross-government approach."
