Performance Analysis
SELEX Systems Integration has the expertise to
analyse the current performance of people, either individually or
as they work within team and/or multi-team environments. This
capability level is used as a baseline against which SELEX Systems
Integration can compare the required capability levels to identify
the performance gap. This forms the basis for establishing a Human
Performance Improvement (HPI) solution which might consist of:
- Changes to the system being operated
- The introduction or enhancement of Performance Support Systems
and/or
- A programme of learning/training
Once the need for learning has been justified,
this phase of performance analysis aims to identify the exact
learning requirement by comparing the required capability with the
current capability of the target audience, thus identifying the
capability gap that needs to be plugged by the learning. The final
stage of the process is to determine the most effective forms of
delivering the learning. Our KSPs are:
