Evaluating the Requirement
SELEX Systems Integration has the expertise to
analyse the current performance of people, either individually or
as they work within team and/or a collective environment. This
capability level is used as a baseline against which SELEX Systems
Integration can compare the required capability levels to identify
the performance gap.
Once the need for learning has been justified,
this phase of performance analysis aims to identify the exact
learning requirement by comparing the required capability with the
existing capability of the target audience, thus identifying the
capability gap that needs to be plugged by the learning.
